Team

10 persons

Technologies

  • IBM Maximo for Nuclear Power
  • vis.js
  • jQuery.Gantt

Goals

  • Provide NPP personnel with tools for:
    • Graphical representation of the composition of maintenance locations and equipment items (and links between them) included in the measuring channel/measuring system
    • Visualization of timeframes in work planning: post-repair and pre-repair testing, testing of SCS*, diagnostics of MOVs**, vibration diagnostics, testing of safeguards and interlocks, performing switching operations, technical inspection, calibration, verification, certification of standards, certification of test equipment and maintenance

Objectives

  • Development and coordination of design and technical solutions, functionality, user guides and functional admin manuals
  • Establishing a test program and methodology
  • Conducting acceptance tests, training for key users
  • Handover of the developed functionality to commercial operation
  • 6

Number of companies that have implemented the change: headquarters and 5 NPPs
  • 4,500+

    users of the system
  • 8

Number of business processes visualized in various aspects for planning purposes

Results

  • Test programs and methods, user guides and admin manuals were developed. Training for key users was conducted
  • After acceptance testing, the functionality has been put into operation
  • A common space for work planning was created, with the possibility of operative adjustment of the terms of the works being carried out
  • Visualization of shift planning of operational personnel was implemented in terms of: shift composition, employees in shifts on the time axis by days, employee movements between shifts with a functionality to generate an order and to display its current status, and also with a functionality to switch to the order card from the application under development
