Project goals and objectives

• Generation of up-to-date normalized equipment databases (EDB) and databases of standards (DBS) followed by their import into SAP ERP, along with pilot implementation and replication of the system

Project results

• The EDB has been standardized and updated and aligned between the different plants
• TA DBS was prepared, including standards used across the Holding and those applied locally
• Accuracy of funding cap planning was increased through improved relevance of EDB / DBS data
