• Labor saving for the Customer’s specialists when performing the business process
• Increasing the number of pallets returned from regional centers
• Development of the programmed robot based on PIX RPA platform for creating applications for return of pallets on the suppliers’ website

Background

• The Company holding the suppliers’ website provides the opportunity to create applications for returning the packaging only 1 week per month for all the suppliers simultaneously. In this period the website operation is not stable due to high activity of the users who want to create the maximum number of applications for return. The number of pallets usually returned by the Customer is not big, as the employees of the Customer have limited time for performing this business process. That is why they create application for return only once a day in the morning during one business week; they also do not monitor the available slots, which may appear due to other suppliers cancelling their applications

Results

• The robot fully automated the search for available time slots and the creation of applications for returning the packaging
• Creation of applications at the suppliers’ website in accordance with the adjustable configuration by regional centers
• The robot provided for increasing the number of the created applications for returning the pallets
• This solution allowed for monitoring the availability of slots for returning the packaging, which appear due to other suppliers cancelling their applications, and for fast creation of applications for such slots
