Project goals and objectives

• Prepare and hold testing of a HR platform developed from scratch Substitute SAP HR solution that left the Russian market
• Test interface and functionality on the client’s side
• Evaluate system operation stability upon business expansion and determine maximal performance

Result

• Functional manual, automated and load testing of the Customer’s new product was performed
• More than 5,000 scripts for testing were developed
• More than 700 releases were made
• Over 300 iterations were implemented
• About 1,000 defects were registered
• 12 stubs of external systems were developed
• All HR cycles were digitized
• The Customer’s new product was introduced in the market
