Goal

Develop an Environmental Safety Monitoring system and its elements on the basis of the Center for Environmental Monitoring (CEM)

Objectives

• Shape an optimal target Environmental Safety Monitoring system
• Define requirements to the automation of Environmental Safety Monitoring system processes
• Develop a toolkit to ensure environmental safety at facilities of the Customer’s group of companies
• Enhance the system for environmental data collection and processing in order to improve data reliability, relevance and the timeliness of its provision for Environmental Safety Monitoring purposes
• Create a single system for Environmental Safety Monitoring indicators reporting, also producing reports for controlling authorities

Result

• Conceptual design of the target Environmental Safety Monitoring system on the basis of the Center for Environmental Monitoring (CEM) was created
• A toolkit to ensure environmental safety at the facilities of the Customer’s group of companies was developed on the basis of environmental threats identification and environmental safety status monitoring
• Methodological support for the Environmental Safety Monitoring system was provided, with methodologies and procedures in place
• The target array of indicators to be used for building a database, the target process model, target data model, and target information flows of the Environmental Safety
  Monitoring system were developed
• Functional requirements for the Environmental Safety Monitoring analytics system were prepared
