Project goals and objectives

• Develop the methodology for MDM management for using in the information system
• Collecting and developing the data for EDB (equipment) and for DBS (standards) for equipment maintenance and repairs to be used in the maintenance and repairs management module
• Developing EDB and DBS in a data format suitable for data import into SAP ERP without additional processing

Project results

• The PM MDM support methodology was developed
• Maintenance objects classifier was updated
• Production assets and standards database was developed
• The templates for importing EDB and DBS into SAP were developed in accordance with the new PM MDM support methodology
• The updated data checking (accepting) methodology was developed by the Customer
• Defined the functional and technical requirements to DBS development
