• Synchronize the new system with the Customer’s system
• Comply with statutory requirements
• Reduce labor costs related to source accounting documents processing

• Speed up the processing of supplier documents to update accounts receivable data

Project results

• Batch scanning and automated recognition of paper documents was delivered
• System users got the interfaces to scan and verify documents
• Verification of company details in recognized documents against system data was enabled
• Export of recognized company details along with the electronic images of paper documents was set up
• 85% of documents are recognized successfully
