Project goals and objectives

• Creating a Single Point of Truth for taking management decisions and addressing external queries
• Formation of consolidated reporting over data from different regions and functional areas
• The use of accounting Information Systems for reporting purposes was abandoned

Project results

• Procedures for data acquisition, clearing, aggregation and uploading from over 480 sources were developed
• A multi-level data storage was engineered
• Over 25 analytics panels and over 300 routine reports were generated.
• A meta-model for free-form reporting was configured and made available to personnel of the Foundation
